National Deceased Estates

Absa's National Deceased Estates Department is ridiculously ***********. They've been sitting with my query for over two months now without a way forward. I opened this account in December 2023 but still waitng for them to satisfy and finalize their requirements. This is long overdue and expecting funds to be paid on my mom's Late Estate account but that can't happen until they get their act together.

In the meantime, I'm busy in and out of their without any success.

Very disappointing indeed
