27 Sept 2022, 13:29Dear Annatjie, Trust you are doing well. We refer to the below and advise that we sent an email to the email address *** dated 21/09/2022 and a follow-up email dated 25/09/2022 but no reply was received.
There is outstanding information on the Estate file. An email has been sent to the nominated contact for the Estate requesting a certified power of Attorney between the named Executor and the party acting on behalf of the Executor/ details of the appointed agent from the firm. This information is still outstanding. At your most convenient time, please forward to NDE Division the requested information in order for them to assist further. Please do let us know once the documents are sent for us to follow up with the mandated officials. Please note that our office is still awaiting your Letter of Authority on the Estate.
