National deceased estate for Absa
Absa national deceased estate is the worst experience in my life bad service ever they dobt even answer the calls at their call center its been 7 weeks ever since i submitted letter of authority to open the estate late account my younger brother is experiencing trauma at the moment due to his school fees not been paid he is going to grade 12 this year but the school can't release his grade 11 report☹️😠 Christmas was the worst for the first time National deceased estate for absa doest care about people .....its not them who are experiencing such 😠i cannot comprehend to how i feel we dont have parents i am not working. Why cant they finalise this matter?

It's it is so sad to come back again to complain about Absa . I went to the branch yesterday to request for a copy of title deed but I didn't receive any help and I have an emergency the service is bad bad bad bad
