Naedo ABSA

I keep my money at a bank because it's safe, and convenient. Well naedo payments keep coming off my account me and I have to go to the bank every month. The response from the bank is "You need to contact the company to stop the debut order" but how do I contact a ***** I do not know? This is absolute **** poor
