My wife's mother passed away in December 2020

My wife's mother passed away in December 2020. ABSA had her will and were the appointed executors of her estate. My wife and her cousin forward all the relevant information to ABSA twice. ABSA sat with this info and failed to do what they were paid to do and they were paid because this service is not a free service that ABSA offers. ABSA is in Breach of contract in this regard, they failed to notify the services such as Vodacom, Telkom and any other place were accounts were in my wife's mothers name and by so doing enable these orginizations to comit ***** and bill a deceased persons account effectivly running the acounts up and these places such as Vodacom and Telkom are contacting my wife demanding the accounts be settled aposed to contacting ABSA. ABSA has notified my wifes cousin in email the estate is no longer finacislly via able for them to handle and are referring it to an attorney to handle now effectivly evading all resposibilty thus in breach of contract because they took payment for these services and failed to execute a deceased persons last wishs is this what what ABSA is reduced to a grave ****** in a suit what help can be afforded my wife in this circumstance
