My trailers papers are lost

In 2006 Ive bought a Huyndai H100 together with a Huyndai trailer.On one account threw ABSA.Its been paid off ages ago.Now my trailer got ****** and the insurance are looking for the papers.Absa gave me the bakkies papers,but not the trailers papers.They even told me that its not even on their name.The traffic department said that they cant release the duplicate papers as the trailer are still on ABSA name.Where Absa said they will come back to me in 3 days.But still nothing from them.Very poor service if they treat me like this.Ive had an account with them since 1989.Trailer registation TTL032GP Mr.JHA Smith ********** or **********
