Currently experiencing a problem with absa Bank

Tax returns, I read a complaint here, about absa client unable to access funds from SARS (tax returns), the story resonate well with wrongdoing currently happening to me, My previous debt had been cancelled correctly so, i been to two absa branches no assistance at all rather all i got was a new transactional account and life policy despite disclosing that i'm currently unemployed, This is disappointing service from ABSA and makes me wonder how many other people are victim of such ********ity.

I went with a proof printed statement from sars but still absa bank is not giving me my money. I call to make follow ups but nothing

I am so dissapointed with the absa bank how can a big bank hold client's money for no reason 😒
