I app**** for my provident fund first week of march was told to wait 8 weeks after 12 weeks I went to them to check was told the money is reliesed to absa they are just waiting for my tax certificate I should wait 2 weeks I waited 4 weeks just to give them time I called their call center again was tools have to wait another month the bad service we are getting we have to wait long for our provident fund while someone out the is not doing their job today I spoke to khaya and asked to speak to her manager he told me they are still in the meeting called again later on and spoke to mahlangu was told I should call on Monday no one is helping the poor service we are getting from absa regarding my providence fund
