my personal information at risk

absa send my personal and financial information to third party, i reported the matter but it was handle with no care. instead i was told i must instruct the third party to delete my information on his email address how can a Bank deal with a sensitive matter like this. the third party cant even access that email that the bank send my personal information to because third-party confirm that the email was hacked long ago . suddenly the bank is giving me a will of gesture for R500. how can i accept the will of guesture of R500 with my life at risk, . people are bieng *****ed outside and the bank put me at risk and i must accept R500 for apology. the lady who is dealing with my case she doesn't care, wish someone can deal with with case properly ,because Absa is a professional bank
