My own funds not deposited....sitting in Italy without funds

I have tried to get my own money from a 32 day savings account into my own account. I have been to the bank (Absa Jan kempdorp )waited more than two hours ,after that the bank manager helped me. Because the lady at the service desk could not. I am now in Italy on holiday and these funds should have been in my account on the 15 September 2019. It is the night of 16 september and my funders have not been deposited. How can I struggle to get my own money. What should have been a relaxing holiday is now stressful because of *********** people. Please help me
