My name is still on ITC, after numerous calls

I struggle to pay my dept few years ago, so I went under sequestration in 2011, I pay all the money for movable assets to the estate, my loan with Absa acc no *** was also one that was under the insolvent, so I want to buy a car this year and Absa still put my name on ITC, I do have a letter from attorneys that state that everything is paid and give consent that I can obtain necessary finance to purchase a motor, and that the insolvency was the result of circumstances and not of any ********** , I tried everything so far to clear my name, but it seems like a dead end, I am a hard working SA citicen that pay my bills on time and nobody want to give me a second change, I am almost 50 years old and think I suffer enough for what happend in the past. All I want is for Absa to help me clear my name
