My money was not returned after it was taken

The bank over took or made an internal debt order without informing me. I went to reverse the money and informed them that I did ?ot agree on this debt order, they told me that my money will go back to my account but till today and its been more than 5 days. I can not do things I wanted to do because the bank is holding my money. I feel like the bank is *****ing my money. I hope the matter will be solved soon
