My money gone because Absa cannot help me reverse it after making a big error

Can anybody please tell me why Absa cannot at this day in age have an option on their App to reverse a payment.

Not only that, but this service is not available in anyway that will help their clients , not telephonically, not going to a branch. If you made an error while making a payment all you you can do is send an email and the turnaround time is 7 - 21 days which the receiver of the money would have used it and cannot be held accountable because it's in their account.

One lady at the call center, Nicole even said well you made the mistake. Yes she's correct but I'm an Absa client and was desperately asking Absa to assist because it is out of my hands, only to be to tha I made the mistake.
