My money disappears and no one is willling to assist

<p>I created a stop order with absa bank on the 5th of may. On the 31st of may the money went through from my account. However, absa made a mistake when they created the stop order. The account name they used is for some company called consumer cc and not for hyphen as it was supposed to. I provided absa that with a document with hyphen's correct banking details and it was explained to them that hyphen is a preloaded beneficiary. Hyphen provided proof to absa that they never received this amount (R2000). But still absa refuses to reverse the money to my account. I do not even know where my money was paid to. I just want my money back, its almost half my salary. I went to different branches and phoned absa and they tell me my money is gone. Only a gentleman called peter motsau too my matter seriously and tried to follow up. But will i get my money back?</p>
