MY ID NUMBER IS LISTED NEGATIVELY

In November 2014, my ID book was ******. In January 2016, I was notified that a cheque book was collected at an ABSA branch in Pretoria North and my ID was used. The company investigating the matter is Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo. I handed them my current ID smart card, my employment details and my AFFIDAVIT that my bag was ****** in November 2014 and it had my ID Book in it. Now ABSA has listed my ID number negatively? How can they do that without calling me?
