My husband was double debited on his policy that he has with Absa

My husband was double debited on his policy that he has with Absa. We have been trying since 8 this morning to get assistance to no avail. The phone just rings and at one point, someone picked up and hung up immediately. If we had known that this would be the service we would receive, we would have gone with a different insurer. Now we most certainly will. Going to cancel as soon as our money is refunded. Very disgusting
