My house has been struck by lightning

Our house was struck by lightning on 8th December. quite extensive damage was done to the building but specificly to the slate roof that leaves some room unoccupayable. We have had 4 advisors, 4 contractors but no joy. In the end we were asked to get our own quotation it's was send to Themba at the call centre. no response. I have been without a helper since December as her room is totally damaged. We get no joy out of absa day after day they say we will call u back to no avail. I'm desperate and not impressed. This whole process was a nightmare. everything that was fixed is still In bad condition.we found no supervisors to feedback no service no reaction. where and how can I get Absa to be who they claim to be. I'm be joint desperate.
