My dad passed away and did not have any beneficiary on his funeral policy

My dad passed away and did not have any beneficiary on his funeral policy. We went to court to get a letter of Authority so that we can open an estate bank account with ABSA Bank. We've been waiting for them since last week Thursday to approve the account. They say the hold up is at the Masters Court. The funeral is supposed to be Saturday and we can't make arrangements because we're waiting for the account so that we can provide Old Mutual with the details for them to pay the money.
