My credit status to be corrected at Absa VHF and Credit department for my loan application to be approved.

Good afternoon Hellopeter and the team. Good afternoon absa VHF and the office of the CEO at absa sa .

I am Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws and I am writing this review with the soar heart, as I haven't been receiving positive feedback from absa VHF on removing my status or name from Credit Beuro or other and in their system. I have sent a paid up letter of the absa VHF and the clearance certificate and the registered company who removed me from debt review named Debtbusters . I am from the bank currently and we Don't get to the credit department at absa bank in Mosselbay branch telephonically, for hour's we have been trying to reach to them at this branch but no answer.

Three weeks ago I have app**** for the personal loan at absa bank in Mosselbay branch and I was told absa needs to clear my status or name in their system and I need to supply them with the paid up letter and the clearance certificate and the name of the company who removed my name from debt review with the screenshot of the removal from Debt Buster's system and the letter's as well stating the above mentioned documents.

Till to date they haven't been complying or trying to solve this issue. And I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the service that I got in trying to resolve this matter for my loan approval at absa bank in Langerberg Mall Mosselbay branch .

I am kindly asking for the CEO office to assist me with this issue as a valued customer and I have been with absa as customers since I don't know.

I am pleading with you office of the CEO to please resolve this in no time as I still require your services as a valuable customer.

Yes absa is a very good business and I take nothing negative about the company but I am longing for the office of the CEO for assistance and speeding up in resolving these processes please my good CEO help me.

All I am asking is for your help by you Credit Department to resolve this issue in no time as the required documents were shared with them via email on the branch with the branch consultant at absa bank Langerberg Mall in Mosselbay and in getting my loan application approval.
