My Card has been blocked

Good day<br> <br> I am currently very upset with this bank. My card has been blocked because of outstanding FICA documents which I have already supp****, three times. I opened the account online for convenience BUT I still had to go to the branch for FICA documents, which they requested to be sent by email, and to be given a card. I had to go to the airport branch because I am unable to go to the bank during their normal opening times. I submitted the documents required, have been using the card and a few months later I got an sms that my card will be blocked if I don't submit the documents. I phoned the number provided only to be told about FICA. I sent the email to the address provided. Today I put petrol in my car only for the payment to be declined. I received no communication that the card was blocked, and it is after 4:30, the bank is closed, the call centre is also closed. Please refund the money in the account and close it. I don't want it anymore...
