My bond is allocated and corrected

Good morning I have bad business with absa I was owing bond arreas I paid that money I expect them to update even minus the money on bond still nothing is happening December I transfer R12000 money was not allocated sitting on advance last week I did mistake I sent money to bond R12000 that still on advance not allocate always coming up different stories I want correct balances on my bond because the money not correct they keep on adding money am tired now
