My Bond account put on hold

<p>My reference number is ********** 0. I have requested that the debt review indication be rightfully removed on 20/03/2017. This was done successfully but another indication namely Potetntial bad debt collections has been placed on my bond account. the account was never in arrears and is paid up to date. I have been struggling since Monday with the Bond debt review department to have this hold taken off my account. I have spoken to David who assured me that he would email me feedback. I have spoken to Tamphiwe who also confirmed that she would email feedback even if no information can be attained. I have since received NO EMAIL. The case was forwarded to Bridgette and then to Bailey at terminations. Remove this indication today or I will report this to the Ombad for unfair service.</p>
