My bedroom is still not sorted out

My bedroom was suppose to be sorted out but THIS has not happened PAS was suppose to a resolution BUT WHAT HAPPENED. 90 % OF MY BED ROOM WARDROBE has been damaged due to damp damage but it has to date not been sorted out my clothes where damaged and all this is because of return jobs that acurred. This problem was suppose to have been sorted out BEFORE and during DECEMBER Already. ABSA COME ON THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE REALLY.
