My bank told me they don't trust me.

Hello Peter, Last year I went to Absa looking for a personal loan to carry out my plans for the year. Absa told me I didn't qualify because I wasn't banking with them and I didn't have a credit score at all. So on that day I opened up a Flexi account with the bank at Gateway Mall also took up an acc to get that rating. So a year later, I go back to the same branch with my credit score siting at 600, they tell me there's nothing they can do for me in terms of getting a loan, but they then suggested that I take up a credit card or over draft, Im not happy if they can offer other forms of credit but not what Im looking for. Even spoke to Nicky Pibhamber the branch manager she told me she can't help me out, so I had to close my bank account with them.
