My accounts been blocked since the 7th November.

My account has been blocked since the 7th November. There is an amount of 40k still on hold in my account and I've sent in all necessary proof that was requested as well as an affidavit. I've also called multiple times but consultant's cannot help me and each time the investigator is not available.
