My account was suspended without any explanation.

My name is Khanyisile Zwane my account was blocked.I don’t have any access for my money my salary got paid on the 30th of January 2026 .I don’t get an answer,I was told that the investigator blocked my account for investigation.I don’t have money for food,petrol my debit order were suspended without payment. I’m so confused and frustrated please help me.
