My account was not debited on the debit order date
Absa vehicle finance decided not to debit my account on the normal debit date and that messed up my finances for the month, so in future they must communicate if they are experiencing billing challenges. I am very disappointed and I fail to understand what they wanted to achieve, to put me in errors or what?
