My account was hacked

My Absa cheque account was hacked in July 2025, I went to Absa branch for the to help me the consultant at the branch called the ***** department they said they will invistigate it's been 4 weeks still no response when I go to the branch they will call the ***** department but nothing is happening, I can't pay my bills or buy groceries for my family

I can't believe such a big bank like Absa can treat customers like nothing
