My account put to minus all the time

Went to the branch last week on the 20th to close pay off and close my overdraft account. Set on the phone with the lady that promised me to debit the outstanding R2000 and close account .Instead yesterday I got R1220 debited to my account. Check statement no trace of that money. Call customer care they tell me that my account is always debited to minus .We talking the whole cheque account here.Case open with Ombudsman. Awaiting feedback tired of these people.
