Mushrooming arrears every month , with no valid explanation
I am at my with send with Absa vehicle finance , they started by adding 3rand arrears onto my account, now they have went up to 99.00 rands arrears, I make sure to pay the arrears I find on my statement before paying my instalment , but still the is an arrears that mushrooms.. like even paid abit extra to avoid arrears , but no they came 3 x more .. and I have been telling Absa my payment date has changed, the consultants fail to listen .. so this is just deliberate .. I can't have arrears mushrooming every now and again , that are unexplained ..

11 Oct 2024, 21:06I am so disappointed that a matter that I made an agreement with Absa vehicle finance, and I taught was resolved keeps been held against me , now I feel I am being bul****.. first and foremost I spoke not to one but several trained consultants who felt the need not to update on their side ,what I had told them , I believe that this was done deliberately.and now I am being bul**** to pay an unexplainable arrears , under a matter that was long agreed on and settled earlier this year it only creeps in late, this is shocking as to how many are also placed in a corner,. I can not be pulled for an error on thier side and made it look like I am at fault I have proof .. the email that Marvelous send this afternoon is not resolving it's instructing
