Multimple faults

I Took out a personal loan late last year, firstly they *****ed up the debit order, and it did not go off the first month and I had to pay it manually, not a train smash, then secondly they quoted me incorrectly, stating that the insurance is included in the monthly premium confirming with the quote, and turned out this is not the case. And then this month they deducted my payment for this loan the 26th and again deducted part of it today, I have tried contacting the action line, and all I am told by supervisors is sorry they cant help, this is just the way they do business
