****** at Queenswood ABSA

Terrible experience at the Queensquauter mall, no security on Sunday at the bank (ABSA). Mall security totally non responsive and car gaurds sympatethtic to the ******s and not willing to assist. I would motivate that the security and car gaurds are working with the ******s. Mall management unavailable and no way of accessing any assitance. If your safty and that of your family is important use a different mall.... To get the security to respond I hade to block trafic with my car, that seemed to get their attention. 20 minutes later and the head of the security team of 3 was still apparently unaware that the mugging had occured. Nothing short of ******** how the security staff behaved. No procedure, care or proffesionalism from any party involved. When phoning ABSA the rep was also simpethetic with the ********* and questioned the motivation for reporting and requesting access to the video.
