MTN

Today on the 12/03/2022 at around 02:20pm I used ABSA app to buy R200 MTN airtime to *** but I didn't reflect, I just only got the sms from ABSA showing that R200 was deducted from my account but then the airtime didn't appear. So please help me to get my R200 airtime or to get my money back. This problem also happened to my sister today, she bought R100 MTN airtime and she got the sms from MTN saying R100 was topped up to you account but when she checked the balance the airtime wasn't there.
