Ms Shanel Louw - Absa Kolonnade Montana- Oustanding service delivery!!

I'm based in a foreign country and I have tried for several months to obtain support from Standard Bank to do card payments but received no support at all. As a last resort my wife visited Absa Kolonnade in Montana yesterday and ms Shanel Louw succeeded in linking my Standard Bank card number to my wife's savings account. Finally a payment could be done. Hats off to Shanel and Absa for coming to our rescue!! Shanel, yesterday, for yourself, may have seemed just like a normal day by assisting just another client but you cannot believe the difference you have made to the 2 of us to get this payment issue resolved. Wel gedaan en doen so voort!
