<p>This has to be the most pathetic experience that I have had in a bank. Hope can there be no such thing as customer service when you claim that you are the best bank ever? We stand in Que's with explanations as to why it's talking so long for us to attend here. This is pathetic, we have been standing in the same spot for over an hour what the hell this. I'm closing my account. </p>
