Mrs Frengelina Raesetsa Motale

I bought a car on 2018 April and Absa vehicle finance did finance me. I made a debit order for them to deduct money on the 28th of each month. From the first day till today Absa vehicle finance were deducting money from my account and no installment were skipped as money was always available in my bank account. There are other payments which I made with tellers: eg on 2018/11/27 I paid R20 000,00; 2019/01/03 - R10 000,00; 2019/03/06 - R10 000,00; 2019/06/18 - R5 000,00; 2019/06/18 -R10 000,00; somewhere I paid R12 000,00 and the last one on 2019/11/26 - R20 000,00. On 19/12/2019 I was called by SSD Attorneys spoke to Mzimkhulu who told me that Absa vehicle finance instructed him to collect an amount of R32 000,00 from me which I owe to them. At first I thought it was skem and I told him that I will go to Absa branch Polokwane to make enquiries. On 20/12/2019 I went to ABSA mall of the north and was assisted by Evelyn who called ABSA vehicle finance offices in Johannesburg. She gave me the phone to speak to Oratile who told me that the monies I have been paying were for the reduction of the installment. She further said if I pay money, I need to give instructions to their office that I was paying for the car. I asked her if she could see extra amounts? She said yes but she does not understand why am I in arrears and that she will call me back. Since I spoke to her, I never got any call from her till today 2020/01/03. I need assistance from you to get the statements from Absa finance from day one when I buy my car until now because I think some moneys which I paid were not paying my vehicle. The amount of R20 000,00 which I paid on 26/12/2019 does not reflect on my December statement. As my case is already with SSD Attorneys, I don't think Absa finance will assist me. ABSA vehicle finance should have informed me as their customer that my account is in arrears. They should have given me final notice that if I don't pay within a specified day, then my account will be handed over to their Attorneys. I feel ABSA did not treat me will as its customer. Please assist me.
