I have a policy with absa life i cancelled the policy in 2015 on 27 nov 2019 they deduct 398.06 on my bank account the same day i went in to the bank they phone absa life they said they going to pay the money back on my account it is now a week later the money is still not back in my account and every time i phone them they have a lot of stories i ask to talk with the manager but they just ignore me can you please help me
