I went into the ABSA branch in Empangeni to cancel my savings account. I signed forms etc in 2022 to have this done. In 2023 I went in again asthis was not done and I suddenly owed ABSA R 45.00. The 14th of April 2024 I receive a statement stipulating that I now owe them R 425.00. I phoned *** to be told that I have to go back to the branch to sort it out. Their service is pathetic and none existent.
