Mr. Bongani Michael Phakathi

I called ABSA vehicle finance department a couple of times and the service I received from all the consultants was of exceptionally high standards. I am fully impressed with the general service from employees such as: Chezlin, Sphiwe Malinga and Lindi Mhlungu, they were all fantastic aid with the plight i had presented to them. However, I must mention a gentleman that stands out with superb service, he went an extra mile for my case and summated the procedure i needed to follow well. His name is Michael Bongani Phakathi. I can not express the sense of gratitude I have towards this young man, I do not know him personally but his warm, efficient service left me begging for more service from him personally. I can assure ABSA that hiring this oak was the best move they could have made for their company. I so wish many of his fellow colleagues can adopt his sense of service, and even better it, if possible. Big up Bongz, I was very impressed with your service.
