ABSA Deceased Estate: I have been given the run around from Absa deceased estate from October 2021 and no where closer to understanding what the next steps are with my mom estate. I have tried several times to contact Absa deceased estates, waiting close to 30 minutes on each occasion to get a response and then when they finally answer i am given false promises of handling my matter.

In November 2021 I have submitted documents to the generic email and thereafter received a response from Audrey Kola requesting further information. I submitted further documents and to date i have not received any feedback.

In February 2022, i called only to be told by Rozanne Meintjies that Audrey doesnt have the documents. I have furthermore emailed the manager Lebogang Mbuyane (attaching all the information) and yet again, no response or acknowlegement of my email.

I please to Absa estate to provide feedback as soonest - or advise if i should seek alternative remedies
