Don't even know how to rate this bank we are lodging a complain of poor peoples skills and management at this bank we have gone to the police also regarding this supersonic saga and they trying to debit a R2500 every month on my wife's account that absa does not want to close and can't even stop a debit order, I don't know why ***** department said they did stop it because this morning this people debited agian the amount of R2500 how in God's name can you debit that for an old router at take alot a new one isn't even R1500, my wife will not be liable for those fees legalwise will be in contact now and we are proceeding with the ombudsman for banking now to the charges is at R3000 now and my wife isn't even using that account and the bank since day one didn't want to close it if need be we Wil be taking action now.
