Disappointed client

On August I wanted to buy a car for my self. I went to the bank for an advice I told the bank that i dont want a car where i am going to spend more than R5000 on it yes I got helped advices and i was even told to go check at the actions. I never had time for actions so i decided to look at the near by garages so i went to VW garage and another garage where they sell second hand cars. I asked for quotations and i was assisted both this cars are polo vw. I then asked the bank to assist me where I was told the difference between the secondhand car and a new car is R400 I then decided to go for the new car and where I was told the instalment on the new car for me it will be R3700 excld insurance when I add insurance it will be running to R4700 to R4800 I did not have a problem with that when i did my calculations. I was called to come and sign the document when I got there the lady who was helping me said to me the car is R3700 instalment and she send me to the other lady where I will be signing the contract. when I get to that lady she showed me a printed copy of my contract where by she told me that she did her best for me the instalment for the car is R3700 she even circled the amount R3700 with a black pen. I told her i am happy because when I put insurance it will be ruffly R4.7 to R4.8 I said to her i am happy and she made me sign a digital document that was on the computer not the one she showed me and explained to me the contract. Because I am a first time car buyer i was happy and signed the digital contract and she said to me she will email me the contract.

later in the evening I remember I was walking home I got a call from ABSA I can't remember the lady name she said to me she is the one finalising the document so she when throught the contract checking my information and after all that she said I asked Her a question My sister how much is my instalment per month the lady rep**** by saying R3700 excld insurance I then said to her thank this simply means ABSA you and the other sister I was with you are talking the same thing I then said thank you and hang up.

I was told that my first instalment will be deducted on 1 October I did not have a problem with that. The day I decided to do my budget for end September to put my account right I decided to look at the contract ABSA send me vaya email. when I went throught the contract I find out that all i was told was a lie the contract is saying my instalment is R4313.33 I was shocked and i was looking for the R3700 that i was showed on a hard copy of the contract it was not there. I did my calculation and find out that i am going to pay for this car including insurance R5500.

The following day I went to the lady I helped she said yes the knows the car is R3700 what did the other lady do i told her i left the bank knowing that i am going to pay R3700 instalment. I was taken to that lady she spoked a different story now.

I bought a car under a false information and i am not happy at all.
