I was disappointed by the service i received from Fikile Bali at ABSA Chris Hani vosloorus,her attitude was so bad In that she has no empathy, sympathy and respect for me.She was stationed at the reception and the way she was conducting her self, she had forgotten that she is the face of the branch.I whould like the area manager to please contact me we asp @ ***
