Mpho is a 5 star! :)
Mpho Mutangwa from ABSA Westgate Mall provided me with amazing service. He is dedicated to his work, understood all of my concerns, and was able to assist me with whatever I needed and more. He was very professional and had a very calm demeanor. I left the bank really happy the first time he assisted me. I give him 5-star rating. I've never encountered such service in a bank that both helps and understands me as a customer.
The world needs more people like you! :)
