Moving home loans to Investec, I'm over it.

I have two home loans with absa. Every month one of the debit orders gets removed resulting in a late payment and a reduction in my credit score.

Why and how does this keep happening? I have to call each month for them to create a new debit order as the previous one just vanishes.

What a **** show.
