movie ticket promotions

<p>I opened an account for my children and one of the promises was you receive a free movie ticket per month if you have more than R200 in your account. I tried to redeem the ticket for three months now, with no success. Absa has even send me sms's that says "congratulations with your free movie ticket" but when I follow the process to redeem it, it just always sends an sms that says the ticket will be sent shortly. I also tried to call the helpline, which is never answered.</p> <p>I just think maybe absa should not make promisses if they cant follow through with them. And by the way, ABSA's helpline is really no help at all. </p> <p> </p>
