Motor Vehicle Registration Papers

I paid off my vehicle finance some 10 years ago, only now did I have an accident which required me to forward my vehicle ownership documents to the party I’m claiming from which ABSA has failed to send in 10 whole years. I thought by now surely ownership on the vehicle would have been changed to my name bt that was not the case. Instead they are still the title holder inflating their asset register with vehicles it no longer owns. Good luck in trying to get he from these 2 numbers which I have called more than 10 times with no one interested to assist me. The most clueless of call centre agents I have ever come across, not less than 7 people not 1 able to help me I’m just sent from pillar to post.

CAN SOMEONE JUST GIVE ME MY DAMN DOCUMENTS SO I CAN CHENGE OWNERSHIP AT THE LICENSE DEPARTMENT THAT’S ALL IM ASKING FOR.
