dear Sir/madam<br> I had recently purchased a Mercedes Benz c200k 2009 model, which was financed by ABSA. I was told that I would require a motor plan for my vehicle before they release my car. I had taken out a Hollard Motor extender and e mailed it to the gentleman who was busy with my finance. He then called me and asked me to cancel my Hollard Motor Plan as ABSA has a fully comprehensive as he went through the Hollard plan and advised me that the ABSA one is better. I rejected the ABSA plan as I had no problems with Hollard in the past, he assured me that if anything happens to my vehicle the ABSA motor plan would cover 100% also it give more than Hollard. My car did not want to start last week I had to call a tow truck to take it to the mechanic my ignition unit had to be replaced and the total cost would be 8500.00. I gave the receptionist my policy number for ABSA and asked her to get approval, she had called me and said that I was only approved for 3000.00 ABSA and the balance had to be paid in by me. I was shocked as I don't have the additional cash and my main reason to take out a motor plan was to cover unexpected expences. This motor plan does not cover much.
