Most useless bank in SA

Tried to send my query via email and Twitter to no avail!!!! I am getting error code 152 load Absa Registered Beneficiary when trying to add a beneficiary and I tried the pay the bill option and got errorrror code 013 Beneficiary Account details incorrect.
