Most useless bank in SA

<p>My elderly parents have been banking with this useless bank for decades. Unfortunately they are insured by them as well. On the 12th November 2016 they had lightning damage and reported this to ABSA. After numerous calls to *********** call centre staff, who said they will call my parents back, the issue has not been resolved. The lightning damaged their main gate which can now not close and they feel very insafe in their own home. This useless bank does not care about the elderly !!</p> <p>ABSA should do us all a favor and leave the country!!</p>
